As long suffering Australians try to navigate their way through the media word games and political point scoring that flows from the states politicians who all claim “to be leading the way”, the MCUA are working hard to keep you up to date with accurate information on the “legalisation of medicinal cannabis” issues. Right now the situation could be described as mission impossible with poorly educated politicians and doctors putting Kahos in Kontrol of the process. As the premier voice of patient advocacy for cannabis use in the country the MCUA of Australia Inc will use this space and our face book group pages to keep you informed about progress. We hope that you will engage in our “missions” to inform and educate; and demand changes to the drug laws that make criminals out of people who are sick and/or dying. It is our belief that the only way to make change is by expressing the Will of the People in large numbers and many of our members live by our mantra #iwilldefy. Its time that politicians recognised that #compassionisnotacrime and put #patientsbeforeprofit ! We urge you to become involved so that these changes can be brought about sooner rather than later.
